Having always struggled with weight issues for many years, trying fad diets and exercise regimes with seeing little results, Chris at Libra Fitness was a refreshing , enthusiastic and knowledgeable trainer that helped me with nutrition guidance and correct exercise that has seen me achieve fantastic results. He is also a great and likeable character and I found him to be a very good motivator, I have stayed on with Chris after the 8 week program to continue with strength gains and conditioning and am very pleased with how things are progressing. 5star trainer.
Training with Chris at Libra Fitness is excellent and I was so pleased with the results of the 8 week program I remained with Chris to continue my successful start. Self motivation was a massive hurdle for me and I always had that backing from Chris and accountability to stick to our sessions, what was once a chore and hit and miss routines has now become enjoyable and habitual. Me and my fiancee have just completed 8 weeks of personal training with Libra Fitness. If you want a friendly, knowledgeable and patient trainer then Chris is the man. He brings all the equipment to your home and everything you need is available for a great session. Chris explains it all so well, you can completely understand how to use the equipment safely and correctly. we both felt at ease with Chris, he is very approachable and we could ask him anything that we were not sure of. As a 43 year old I thought I knew quite a bit about training. I played rugby to a good standard, following enforced retirement I used the gym 3/4 times a week. I have been training with Chris Just over 6 months and the progress I have made has been very pleasing. His knowledge of training techniques to maximise results, as well as excellent dietary advice is cutting edge. I have lost body fat and increased body muscle by a fair margin. I signed up to work with Chris for 3 months originally and thought he was so good I extended it by a month. His approach to Personal training was really motivational and made me want to keep going and do better next time.
